From a google search, the error is usually from a failed update.
Try rolling back an update, if you can.
If not, try reinstalling windows from a USB key on top of the windows, without erasing the data. This should keep any user data you have but WILL make the drive messy with old files cluttering a drive. I recommend backing up all the data off it, and then doing a clean wipe of the drive.
If you don’t have any data on the drive, the key will allow you to wipe the OS partition to start fresh without anything and then install your drivers.
