Hi @johonb ,
What are loudspeaker (hands free mode) phone calls like? Can you be heard OK by the other person or are they also muffled?
Is the phone in a case that covers the two small microphone holes in the top edge of the phone?
-The microphone at the top of the phone is used for loudspeaker calls, recording etc whilst the one at the bottom of the phone is used for ''normal'' phone calls.
+The microphone at the top of the phone is used for loudspeaker calls, recording etc whilst the one at the bottom of the phone is used for ''normal'' type phone calls.
