Planetary stuttering and stopping while mixing

I have been making bread. Recently, the planetary got stuck and the paddle was stuttering against the dough with a grinding/squealing sound. When I ran it without any dough, it ran fine. I suspect that there is some wear on a gear, but I’m not sure where to start.
