Sounds like a cryptojacking virus. Disconnect from the internet and see if the fan slows down.

Use another computer to find an antivirus that will find and remove the virus.

google “mining virus” for clues. MalwareBytes is listed as one that will do the job.

Download it and install it on the sick computer, then run it.

Once removed you can reconnect to the internet.
