Stays on, will sleep but can’t turn off or force restart. Horizontal & vertical lines floating across screen and when tapped circular pop up appears asking to tap, pauses when screen tapped 3 times starts again. Not able to turn off, cannot restart. Touch screen not responding when trying to turn off. Have attempted to hook up w/ iTunes on PC without success. This method has worked in the past.
