Have you checked that the TV volume is set to at least >50%?
How far from the docking station are the headphones when being used? It should not be >10 metres (30’) with preferably no obstructions e.g. walls in between, as this can limit the distance that it can work correctly.
Try connecting to the docking station from another audio source (and the TV as well if possible) using the other connection method available on the docking station i.e. RCA audio cable (cable with red + white RCA plugs at each end) or 3.5mm to RCA adapter cable i.e. 3.5mm plug at audio source end, RCA plugs at docking station end, (has the TV got a headphones jack?), to check whether it is a Bluetooth problem between the docking station and the headphones or perhaps a problem within the TV or the connection type between the TV and the headphones.
What is the model number of the TV?
