Download the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool on a USB Flash Drive or direct on the hard drive you want to use.

If you use the USB Flash Drive; power on, and press F12 until a menu shows up, then choose your USB flash drive.

If you use the Hard Drive, just boot normally.

Now you should see the Windows 10 installation program. Just follow the steps and you are done.
