Hi, Is there a pattern to the dots or are they randomly spread across the screen? Have you tried starting the phone in [https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-27586|safe mode] (should be the same procedure for your model) and check if the dots are there when using the camera? If they aren't then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. Final option is to perform a factory restore to determine if it is a hardware problem or not. Be aware that a factory restore (or reset) will ERASE all your data and downloaded apps, so BACKUP the phone BEFORE performing the reset. Once the phone has been backed up and the reset completed, test the camera. ''If the problem is still there'' it is a hardware problem. As you have replaced the camera components it looks like it is somewhere on the systemboard. No help I know. ''If not there anymore'', restore the phone using the backup that you made and check again after it has been restored. If still not there then the reset has resolved the problem.
