I don’t think anything is wrong here. The fans are supposed to speed up when under load to regulate the temperature inside.
 
However, it might be worth having the console do a self-cleanself-clean, which is a good way to clean it without risking opening it up. To do this, unplug the power from the system. Next, hold the Eject button and plug the console back in, without releasing Eject. The fan should make a loud noise, and it may shoot dust and debris out of the rear vents.
