Are you using an input such as a Playstation/Xbox or a Blueray/DVD player? If so then check the connections on both ends (the TV and output device) by unplugging them and plugging them back in making sure the connection is secure. You could also try replacing the cable. If you are not using an input device, and the lines are still there, then try turning the TV off and back on (if you haven’t already) and see if that fixes it. You could also try adjusting display settings. I’m not familiar with that TV so I don’t know how the settings work. If none of what I suggested work, then you may need to get the TV fixed by a professional technician. Hopefully this helps!
