Hi @wickedme , As it is new and if it looks broken and it is still in the packaging, return it to the place of purchase for a manufacturer’s warranty refund or replacement. If the retailer won’t do anything for you, search online for the manufacturer of the watch’s warranty provisions to find out how to make a claim for a warranty repair, replacement or refund.
