What is the model number of the TV?

Try a power reresh and see if this works.

Turn of the power at the outlet and disconnect the TV power cable from the outlet.

''Press and hold'' the TV Power button for 30 seconds and then release.

Reconnect the TV power cable to the power outlet and switch on the outlet.

Try to turn on the TV and see what happens.
