Use Baking Soda and a Q-Tip or old toothbrush.
 
For very heavy deposits, make a paste of the soda and a little water.
 
Will also clean your teeth if mixed with lemon juice.
 
Soda is a base and neutralizes acid. Here’s a video on doing it:
