My kindle fire has sound the screen is black. I’ve also un-hooked the battery several times. Thought I had it on the first try, nope. I have a full charge on it cause the screen comes on for a spilt second then goes back to black. Tired holding the power button for 20, 30, 40,50 seconds still doesn’t give me a functioning screen. About ready to call it quits. This happen about 4yrs ago and thought just maybe nope still doesn’t work.
