Error 9 can be NAND or CPU related if the problem is logic board related. However, before going that route, you may want to try a new screen assembly to see if that makes a difference. Considering the screen was replaced recently, it could be part of the problem. I'm certain the shop where you did the repair will be willing to try a screen they have on hand. If the screen is not the issue, then it is probably a logic board issue and that will require a micro-soldering repair. Both are fairly advanced repairs but the CPU repair is not something that every shop can handle. You may need to shop around for that if that's the issue.
