Have you tested to start it with the screen connected but not set down in the housing?

I have noticed that if the metal part on the flex cables from the screen lays to high it hits the plate over the flex cables contacts (motherboard) a little bit and that causes it to go to apple logo and rebootlogo.

if it works not when the screen isen't set down in the housing, move that flex a bit lower or set a little bit electric tape on the lower part of the plate for the screens connectors on the motherboard.
