Here are instructions on the 2016 A5 downgrade.

You need to find the 2017 stock image to downgrade.

What I don't know is if this will trip a Samsung KNOX security error.

IF you trip KNOX, you have voided your warranty.

If you are not worried about warranty, carry on.
