IOS 11.0.3 was supposed to fix the issue of aftermarket screens and have actually had 2 recently that were corrected by the update since I couldn't downgrade...but I only heard of it affecting the 6S, 6S Plus, 7 and 7 Plus...Not the 6 or 6 Plus...check out this Blog Post from @refectio https://www.refectio.ca/blog/ios11-touch-failure Iphone 6 does have No Service issues with the baseband IC usually after a fall and I've seen it happen to pristine Iphone 6 and 6plus for no reason. Battery issue (Charging) could also be Tristar IC. If it does not happen with the old screen at all and it's 100% fine till you put your new screen on...then it's entirely possible (Likely) that your new screen is defective and I would try swapping out the new screen with another new screen. Just a few things to Ponder :) Best of luck!
