I had the same issue, and did as suggested here.

It comes back with the message

* Reparing the volume.

GetCatalogueRecord: No matching catalog record found

FixBadExtent: Could not get catalog record for fileID 1076956

* The volume Machintosh HD could not be repaired.

Any suggestions in this situation?
