The volume button on the top of my screen is greyed out. When I use the buttons on my keyboard the volume doesn't move up or down and there is a crossed out circle under the popup. I have tried doing a PRAM reset, restarting my computer, and looking at the settings. The sound completely works when there is headphones in and there is a red light in the headphones jack. I attached a screenshot of what the volume looks like when I use the keyboard keys. Thanks in advance. UPDATE: there is no longer a red light in my headphone jack, there was about 10 minutes ago.
