It sounds like you probably won't be able to replace just the digitizer. Many new smartphones feature screens where the LCD panel is fused to the digitizer (Like yours). This makes the phone thinner, but harder and more expensive to repair. If you want to fix your screen, you're unfortunately going to have to replace the whole display assembly (LCD&digitizer).
