Alon, very similar to my answer [http://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/155205/Broke+off+small+jumpers+when+prying+battery+out+of+iPhone.#answer155216|on here.] see attached image for the reference designators. The parts missing/broke are:

Reference Designator U3 is 74AUP2G34GN SOT1115 package is a Low-power dual buffer [http://www.nxp.com/products/logic/buffers_inverters_drivers/74AUP2G34GN.html#documentation|datasheet] available here. It is part of your MENU & POWER / HOLD KEY circuit

Reference Designator DZ101_RF is TPD4E101DPW SON4 and it is a ESD protection diode. That datasheet is available [http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&ved=0CCwQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ti.com%2Flit%2Fpdf%2Fslvu702&ei=GTrCUvHjIIHg2QXxtYCICw&usg=AFQjCNEisUA1Wdg0IGGNBxnnSVWsMOBFPg&sig2=KE4zA2kf82lZP7k8JeHOmw&bvm=bv.58187178,d.b2I|right here.] It is part of the SIM CARD CONNECTOR circuitry

It will be no small chore to fix those. U3 is hard to come by. Once you get the parts, it will be a chore to fix it unless you are well versed in microsoldering and have the right tools. If you do not, you may want to consider finding a professional to do it for you.

Hope this helps, good luck
