Nokia Lumia 920: Stuck on Charging Screen - Can't Soft/Hard Reset

Hi Everybody,

We've got a Nokia 920 in, great phone but we know the software and ROM is quite flakey and leads to all kinds of issues.

We can solve most SW issues but this one is odd;

We changed the screen and all was working OK. The owner went to do a software update under the advice of her carrier (wasn't told to leave it plugged in, but we're not sure if it died mid flash). It got to the gear screen and stayed there all night. it had been plugged it in by this point.

Still like that this morning, we performed a soft reset, and now it's stuck on the charging screen.

Trying hard reset and soft reset does not help this, we get the Nokia logo then this charging screen.

When this is on, if we disconnect the power cable, the phone immediately turns off.

But we know it has power because we can turn it on and get to the battery screen without the USB cable connected. but without that cable it shows the battery logo without the plug.

So, we know the battery and charging circuits are ok, but it seems to be stuck here.

any idea how to kick it out of this loop?

my lumia 925 is not responding / or even blinking while charging .. its dead . .I have contacted nokia care they said its issue with the mother board and it cost around 80% of the mobile phone.. so got my mobile back ..

Nokia Lumia 920: My Lumia 920 died. Why is it not charging or starting up?

The phone turned off while my son was playing a game on my Lumia 920. I tried to charge it, but it did not charge—and it's not even showing Nokia Logo. It shows nothing—just like a dead phone. I tried both hard and soft resets, but nothing works.

I thought it was the charging port because there was a small physical defect near the USB charging port (voiding the warranty). I ordered an OEM USB port charging connector flex cable. I changed the charging port.

Now I see that it installed the driver on my PC when I connected through the USB cable. But it's still not charging, and it displays nothing when I try to charge it or power it on.

What can cause this problem, and which part needs to be changed in order to work properly? Thanks.

Hello.

After displaying Nokia logo this error happen and OS doesn't boot.

I heard it's a problem with motherboard and of course the storage.

Some say it's Bad Sector.

How i can fix it.

Device is unrecognized on PC.

All Flash and Recovery tools can't flash it.

Some help ?

i baught a lumia 535 4 days ago. i have updated it today and then installing application. when an app was installing, my phone is turned of, and i remember that have only 6% battery. when i pluged in charger. phone not charge and not turned on again.

many ways for soft and hard reset tested but not respond.

i charge battery with other device but again not turned on.

when i plug my phone to pc, QHSUSB_BULK is appear in device manager.

is my phone breaked?

Lumia 535 I really don't know what's happen with it

it's just screen off even though it's in the Active mode

you can receive calls, charge the phone and even you can listen some sounds like plug in and out the charger regardless the black screen

simply

everything is running well unless the black screen

what I have to do? how can i fix it ??
