Sharp Phone: How do I fix a black spot on my phone!

When my phone fell it cracked at the top and now when I turn on my phone I have a black spot on top of the corner and it's not totally black but it has other colors it just doesn't really show and my phone also has lines that are blue like pixels.

So i Cant figure out the passcode to the sharp fx i bought off of ebay and i was wondering if there is a hard reset button or a way to flash the firmware.

According to the Verizon tech, there is a pressure crack on the screen, rendering the phone useless. I'm willing to attempt a repair (I read the teardown), if it would work and I could find a replacement screen.

I have the same problem that they discussed about black spot appearing on phone LCD after display broken,I want to any solution to fix this problem without changing LCD because I can't use my phone sparingly I am studying with my phone online classes books and many things that I do with my phone that's why I have to fix this problem, Please give me any solution to fix this except use phone sparingly because I have said that... Please help

Sharp Phone: lights up but the area is just a little darker

the outer touch screen has been replaced. there is a dark area , it still lights up but the area is just a little darker in color than the rest of the picture. The lcd screen has no visual damage . Could the problem be in the mother board or elsewhere?
