If the tablet did find a saved network, it becomes a hassle to connect to the network and stay connected. At most, tablet stays connected to saved networks for a few minutes/hours before disconnecting from the network. Issue persists across multiple networks, regardless if saved, and is the only device presenting this issue. Tried “forgetting” the saved networks, restarting the tablet and router multiple times to no avail. Any solutions out there?

The customer already tried a factory reset, now after a few screens it asks for the old gmail account associated with the device.

I have tried a couple tricks with no luck, anything needing a “long press” doens’t work, or to do with the cellular SIM since this a Wi-Fi only model. Even tried deactivating wifi during the activation process (seen it work in one video).
