The HP pavillion x360 13-u001nx can’t boot into the system, and stucking in “please wait” forever. After running the diagnostic program, it says that the hard drive is broken. it’s getting even worse after replacing the hard drive of another laptop, the power indicator is normal, blackscreen and the fan does not work. I separated the CMOS battery from the motherboard . still the same. Because there is no HDMI cable, I can’t connect to other screens to test. I don't know what steps should be taken next. can anyone help? thxs
