OnePlus 6: Bottom half of my screen keeps flickering

I've had my OnePlus 6 for about a year and 5 months. This problem with my screen flickering started at around the 1 year mark. It seems to me like it's when the device is cold it's worse and get less and less noticable when the phone gets used/heated up a bit

Tried contacting the place I bought it from but since it had a warranty of only 1 year I couldn't get any help from them with the issue I had.

Now, the only thing I can think of is trying you guys online, who might know what to do about this… I don't know how to upload fotos atm, but will find out how to do if anyone asks for them :D

(Am on phone, which is why it's difficult to figure out)

Yesterday, while i was using my phone normally, I noticed that the screen of my oneplus 6 is coming off slightly, from the bottom. Everything is fine. I didn't drop the phone, and there are no scratches on the screen either. The screen works completely fine, and there are no touch response issues. I think its because of loosening of the adhesive overtime, holding the screen to the frame. Is there any solid solution, without removing the back of the device, and withlut completely replacing the screen (because the screen is completely fine)? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hello. I have the latest OOS build on my Oneplus 6. Since last few days, my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are not turning on. This problem first started with Bluetooth. When this problem began, Bluetooth used to get disconnected from my paired devices and then again got connected on its own. Later Bluetooth stopped turning on and this problem started with Wi-Fi, but Wi-Fi never turned on a single time after the issue. I also tried resetting the Network settings but nothing worked. Before this problem started, I saw my battery cover was a little open. Water can easily sip through and dirt. Please help.

My back case(i dont knoa what its called its the case built in like the phone shell where the back camea is and fingerprint sensor, the shsll is cracked and im wondering if thatz possible to fix, also when i play games or use Bluetooth or am in a car my camera gets hot for no reason, is it the processor motherboard or a faulty problem

I droped my phone. Initially, it was just the glass that broke, but over the course of the night the pixels died until the whole screen was dead. Funny enough, the rest of the phone still works well. Even the touch screen still works (I was able to turn the flashlight off and on by remembering the position on the settings). I have bought a new phone so how do I go about moving the data from the broken phone to my new phone?

I ordered a new screen for my one plus 6. I followed all the steps to replace the screen (without frame). It is powering on just fine however, the touch of my display does not seem to be working. Did I mess up somewhere or is the new screen faulty?

After looking over the new display. There seems to be a bump underneath the digitizer. As well as what seems to be a small tab of tape directly put on it.

hey guys , so i just put the sim toolkit in the wrong hole (upper microphone) and i feel like i click something something like popping i dont know how to explain , i read that the upper mic is for noise cancellation , so did i just damage my mic?? i have upper and lower mic my device is oneplus 6

OnePlus 6: Screen stops receiving touch after it locks

Hi!

Whenever i lock my screen, it wont register touch. Screen is normal but i cant do anything. As soon as i restart the phone the screen works, until i lock it again.. why is this? Can it have something to do with me not reinstalling the fingerprint sensor on the back?

After my phone fell, my Oneplus 6 display was gone but the LED notification is still lit so I tried rebooting it but still no display. And every time i turn it on, I’m only feeling a small vibration every time, I have no lead on what to next, I’m still trying to figure it out my self

Hi,

OnePlus phone won’t turn on. after taking it to the OnePlus service centre, they said they would have to flash it to fix as it could be a motherboard issue. Unfortunately, we had not taken any backup of the data, the phone has many childhood memories as photos and videos. we would like to recover the data somehow, either by fixing the phone without losing data or by just extracting the data. could you please let me know if it is possible through your tools and guides? if so how?

My cat knocked my phone off the counter and now the screen isn’t shattered, but it’s black with a little bit of light coming through in certain places.

Can this be repaired? Is it the screen or something internally? Please advise of possible repair options and costs.
