<description><![CDATA[<p>My Mindray BC30s hematology analyzer is out of service because I can’t get reagents in my small town of Ethiopia where it’s locked in a war region. For my service to continue I need any option to bypass the reagents product number required by closed system automation to use other brands available reagents that can replace with the same chemical components. My request is for a way to use similar any other brand(mindray is inaccessible) reagents without product number restrictions like open system machines</p>

<p>TL;DR: repaired a switch issue, tested it for a few days and the test battery decided to puke battery material on the freaking terminal!!! Ugh.</p>

<p>So now I am in a crunch. I was willing to fix the drift issue but now the issue is that because the test cell (Energizer Max, 12/2030 expiration date) decided to leak on a meter which never had an issue as I removed it for safety. At this point the meter needs multiple days of testing and a new terminal.</p>

<p>Fluke can send me a new one at a discount for $200 through their repair program where they replace the unit. Should I repair it and void that window or just send the unit in given it has history?</p>

<title><![CDATA[VersaMed iVent 201: O2 calibration with new sensor won´t update O2 sensor alarm message]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello,</p>

<p>I´ve trying to perform several O2 calibrations with a new sensor Max-16HT, however upon correct completion and saving the calibration the O2 sensor alarm message is still displayed on the left corner of the status bar, showing “O2 Sensor.” After that I tried performing a series of VVT’s but the only failure in this test is O2 100% (Failed), everything else is showing the result OK.</p>
