My phone's fingerprint access is removed after I signed up a pin to a Tiktok account and when my account got suspended.. the fingerprint feature is no longer available in the phone which resulted into access denied

My phone only works when charger is plugged when i removed the charger, phone turns off.

I have removed and jump the battery fuse. Now the problem is its not charging. I have jump the 5v in charging board next to the connector of main board. I only watch it in youtube and copy what i was watching. It still not charging. What could be the problem or where should i start troubleshooting?
