So recently I've been having this issue with my Blaupunkt DVD player (specifically the BDVD5100H model).

What happens is when I put a disk in, after about 5 seconds of reading the disc, it sounds like the motor just turns off then turns back on and causes the disc not to be read.

This issue has been going on fairly recently (this player has been around for a few years but hasn't been used until fairly recently) and this has been a bit of a pain to diagonse what the issue may be that causes the motor to shut itself off before spinning back up.

And yes, I have tried all different discs in all different conditions.

Hello, I have an Axion 7 inch Monitor/DVD player that doesn't spin or shine the laser when I try to play a DVD, also the CPU gets really hot but cools down fast once I switch it back to the Monitor mode. Does anyone know what I can do? The model number is LMD-2708UF

Whenever I set it to DVD mode, the CPU gets hot but it cools down really fast when I set it to input mode.

I have checked the battery with multimeters, it's giving me like .1 Volt, which I don't think is very good. Also, the output which I am trying to check, was 1 volt earlier, but is now down back to .006 volts, which I'm not sure is right. Does anyone know what might be causing this? It won't turn on, even with the battery out.

My wonnie portable DVD player has never worked unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to return it and now I’m stuck with it. It turns on and when any dvd is put inside, it says loading. I can also hear the disc spinning but nothing ever loads. I have tried cleaning the lens with alcohol but this didn’t help. I am a complete novice in such matters but am very willing to learn how I can fix it (if it’s even possible). Anyone have any suggestions?

Usually dvd players have a screw inside that you can monkey around with to get your laser flowing better if the player isnt reading very good

this is the underside of the laser and the two screws on the circuit board here are my best guess lmk your thoughts

The Compact Disc player reads the disc giving the number of tracks but when a track is selected it plays for a few seconds then goes back to the beginning of the song

Won't turn on when I try to turn it on. But if I disconnect from outlet and then plug it in,the power indicater lights up without me touching it and it goes out after 5 seconds

[The buttons on front of this 15 year old cd player are not working. This is a high end british player I use as a transport. Not a midfi Japanese unit. I want to remove the faceplate and spray the contacts with DeoxIT gold and see if it helps the buttons work again. Any suggestions are deeply appreciated.

DVD player says "no disc" or "disc error" when I put a disc in. I've tried cleaning the laser lens, still giving the same issues. I had the same DVD player for 3 years. If this matters, here's the full story. I was playing PS5 (connected to the same TV) and I noticed my DVD player ejected a DVD that was in it already. I noticed that was odd so I put the disc back in and it stopped. A few days later, I tried to play "Nothing But Trouble" a random day on my DVD player and it started giving me this error.

Also can somebody PLEASE make guides, replacements, and other things for this DVD player it will be really useful!

LG BP220: When I put in a disc it says "NO DISC" but I put in non- scratched dvd

When I put in the test to my LGBT 220 DVD player it always says no disc but thing is I put in almost a hundred non-scratched brand new dish just bought and it keeps saying that I even open up my DVD player opened up the disk drive and I clean the laser and it still doesn't what is my problem please help
