I did an online chat with Brother (the manufacturer) but because it isn’t under warranty, they want me to join an on line service for $65 a month to chat with a technician. I have tried resetting to the factory defaults as described in another “online fix it” but it won’t reset either. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I don’t know how to fix it. It sews beautifully backwards!
