BEKO: Beko BFTF2716 refridgerator iced up inside

After some analysis, it seems the drain tubes are blocked with ice, and there's ice at the bottom of the inside wall where the vents are over the evaporator area.

Is the only option to take everything out and defrost it/use a steam/heat gun (not a fan of this method for warping plastic)? Any thoughts as to why it's icing up?

Beko: Lost filter hose in the machine!

have a beko washing machine which needed a debris filter clean. I pulled out the drain hose to empty the machine but when trying to push back the drain cap the tube shot back into the hole and I can't retrieve it. Any ideas on how I can pull it back out again or is this something that needs a "special tool" repair. Thanks
