I had this tab for a long time now (7 years?) , it never gave me any problems , I dropped it a few days ago (no physical damage ) at first it would not tourn on but after shaking it the tab did tourn on like normal but now it is suddenly frizzing (sometimes the screen go white before powering off )and I have to shake it to power on , I noticed the tab dose not work well around magnets(even the s pen) so that is why I believe something came loose , please help the tab means a lot for me and I want to fix it (I do not want to take it to a shop because I have bad experiences withe them =( ) thank you for reading!

Overheating at the right sup corner]]> Everytime I attach the battery or plug the charger the tablet won't turn on but instead it overheats. The heat come from where the processor is and it get very hot. I used a multimeter to see if there are some power supplies issues and the battery looks fine with 3,7V. I already tried disconnect and reattach the battery but it still doesn't work, even tried to plug the charger without the batery and still the same.

I starting to guess that it might be a motherboard issue. Has anyone here experienced something similar?

I'm new here, but not to prying things open to learn what is what, not a big sw guy but also into learning how sw is setup !!

Got Nexus 7 first gen from play store. good untill final update but had some auto restart issues after update. also had a funny message after boot "Headphones unplugged or not connected!". Had a trip (fly) so turned N7 off when got to destination turned it on and it went to bootloop.

  1. Adding more info since I didn't get any eyeballs ; )
  2. I tried to do a factory reset using ui but the %#*@ thing wouldn't stay on long enough to go to settings
  3. so went to fastboot and using pc tried unlock got an error with no number or message
  4. Never unlocked !!
  5. tried all adb command lines and fastboot commands; no success

Trying to fix it for a while had no money or time till now but dont know whats wrong or how to fix it.

Any help is appreciated!!!!

BTW if you can expand on any abbrivations that you have used in your answer it would be appreciated..

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:

- Unpaired and re-paired the earbuds.

- Verified that "Media Audio" is toggled ON in the Bluetooth settings.

- Reset the network settings on the tablet.

- Performed a factory reset on the Pro3 earbuds using both the case button and touch control methods.

- Cleared the Bluetooth app cache and data.

- Checked for further software updates.

Despite being "connected," the media audio still plays through the tablet speakers or not at all. Is there a specific bug with the latest Pixpeak firmware or a Developer Option (like A2DP Hardware Offload) that needs to be toggled for these generic Pro3 clones?

the charging port was changed, after that it charges slowly! (maybe half a day or one to charge fully!)
The charger is original and the i have tried different good cables too
of course i have tried some other chargers too even 5 v. 3 A.
