My phone will not turn on, no matter how long I hold the power button or charge it! I have tried holding the volume and power buttons to try to reboot the device several time, but nothing seems to work. Please help!

I was having problems with my phone because it wont let me add my google accounts back on phone. I was having problems for several hours then I decides to just factory reset my phone then I might be able to reputed my google accounts. But I was wrong it keeps saying having trouble communicating with google servers. I have been working on the phone only over WiFi because I have no networking plan on this phone right now but I need to use it cause it had all my inform stored on this phone before I factory reset it. Please help

Alcatel One Touch Android Phone: Why does my phone turn on and off when I'm using it?

Whenever I'm using my phone, it automatically turns off. Then after about 6 seconds, it turns back on again. And when I unlock the screen, the background I previously had, is changed into another one. Can anyone please help me with this and does anybody know what is causing this? Thank You!

The outer glass of my smartphone (alcatel POP 4 5051d) has broken. The lcd and the touch screen is working. I want to replace just the outer glass. i've found the replacement and now I am looking for a proper guide or video about changing the outer glass of this phone. Unfortunatly I can not find anything. Any advice...?

Alcatel One Touch Idol 3: Blue tooth is not connecting to any devices?

My Phone previously was conecting fine with my car bluetooth/portable speakers etc. Now out of nowhere it is unable to find any bluetooth devices(I made sure blurtooth was on and scanning) My other device are working properly because it still connects to other phones. Any Ideas on how to fix?? I have also tried soft resets and nothing works

after i try to shut down my alcatel holding the power button and volume up button it shuts down and than i made a sistem reboot at first it starete normaly and than it showed alcatel icon and it froze there it does not open ...

Hello, I've got an Idol 3 5'5 6045K.

Few weeks ago my phone fell to the ground and broke a little bit. After a few days the picture just stopped. I took it to a friend of mine who fixes phones, he replaced the screen but still no image was appearing. He handed over the phone to me and said it was probably the board and it was not worth the money.

My question is, do you know what it may be the cause? I can fix the phone by myself if you have any steps or clues, I'm experienced aswell, mostly on laptops tho.
